Indie Luck LLC accepts credit cards securely through PayPal, the world's largest free online payment service. We have used Paypal since 1999, so it's all good. Making a payment is a easy and safe. You do not need to be a registered Paypal member to make a payment. If you have never ordered anything online before, we promise that it will be pain free. We will even walk you throught it step-by-step.

How to Order

 Select the items you wish to purchase by clicking "Add Selected Products to Cart" (don't forget to put the amount of the item you want in the "Add" box). To update or view the contents of your shopping cart at any time, click on "Shopping Cart [more]" link in the right column of the shop. When you are ready to make your purchase, click the "Check Out" link at the top right of the page OR the button in the cart to begin the super easy checkout process. [ Note: The store's shopping cart system utilizes pop-up windows to view larger images of the merchandise. If you have a pop-up blocker installed, please turn it off temporarily if you would like to use this feature. ]

Sales tax

We are required by law to charge 6.50% sales tax in the state of Minnesota.

Shipping

Shipping charges are based on the pre-tax subtotal of the items you wish to purchase. The shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated by actual shipping costs: Domestic orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 3-5 days.

International Orders

International orders will be shipped via USPS Airmail (takes 4-7 days).

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order, but if you are not, here is what you can expect. We try to describe items as accurately as possible but due to the handmade nature of all products, slight variations may occur and are expected. However, if there is a defect or if the item was not as described, or you are simply not satisfied, please complete the return form within 3 days of the receipt of order. You will receive a reply from us with a return number and further instructions for the return of your item(s). All returns must be received within 10 days of the receipt of your order and MUST have a return number issued from us. Items must be in new condition, in original packaging and have tags attached. Shipping costs incurred from returns/exchanges will be the buyer's responsibility and no refunds are issued for shipping costs. OK, enough of the boring stuff!
